Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products received with manufacturing defects or incorrect items within 5 days.

• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
  Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
  
• Due to hygiene reasons, nightwear products cannot be returned or exchanged for size, color preference, or change of mind.
  
• Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit.
